I ENJOY PRAIRIE SUNSETS, SNUGGLES WITH MY BABIES, TACO NIGHTS + HAVE AN UNHEALTHY LOVE OF FREDDY'S FROZEN CUSTARD, BUT DON'T FORGET TO ADD THE HEATH BAR!
Third times the charm. A few weeks ago I was able to capture James and Danielle’s engagement session. The weather wasn’t so cooperative this year. The reschedule date was the weekend that we saw negative temperatures. Winter decided to be kind finally…..and it felt like the verge of spring compared to the frozen temperatures before.
When I first spoke with these two James asked if I had ever taken pictures with a plane. I had not yet had the chance and I was up for the new experience! He gave me detailed instructions to a small landing strip near Udall, KS. I was thankful for his instructions. Google maps spoils me too much with taking me right to a location. The small red plane was an awesome pop of color with their photos. Danielle was able to highlight a denim quilt she made for her brother. The lining even had airplanes on the fabric as well. Don’t these two have some amazing talents and passions?!?
In the first set of images Danielle wore a gorgeous floral satin dress and James’ navy blue shirt complimented it beautifully! She wore her heels like a trooper in the soft ground from a rain a few days before. They wrapped up their session in more comfortable apparel. These two were so fun and easy going to work with. I can’t wait for their wedding this spring!
